Registration Closing Soon: Due to overwhelming response for in-person participation, currently we only have a very limited number of tickets left. All registrations, except for online participation, will close on 7th July (Friday). There will not be any on-site or walk-in registration. To avoid disappointment, please register asap, and before 7th July.

Notes
- Each In-Person Conference registration ticket contains the following five components:
- Monday cocktail reception at 10 July 2023
- Tuesday – Friday Conference access (11 July -14 July 2023)
- Daily catering (Lunch)
- Gala dinner night at 13 July 2023
- Networking tour at 13 July 2023
- To attend the workshop, please register for either Conference + Workshop or Workshop Only
- Each conference accepted paper must register with a full (non-student) In-Person Conference Only or Conference + Workshop registration
- Each workshop accepted paper must register with a full (non-student) In-Person Workshop Only or Conference + Workshop registration

Refund Policy
For the refund of registration fee, the cancellation request should be sent to registrations@asiaccs2023.org.
Visa
You may need a visa to travel to Australia, and the visa requirement depends on your citizenship and residence status. Please visit the immigration website here for details.
Supporting Letter Requests
Conference attendees who require a visa might need an invitation letter from the General Chair.
To request this letter, please fill in the above Registration Form, pay the required amount and choose “Yes” for the question “Require visa supporting letter” inside the Registration Form. Then, you can follow the link provided in the form to submit your Visa Supporting Letter Request.
